4.     Photograph the Property and Prepare a Quality Information Flyer
5.     Install Photo Tour on Website, MLS and SearchHomes.com
6.     Promote Property in Homes and Land
7.     Promote Property with E-Blast Flyers
8.     Mail Just Listed Post Cards to the Appropriate Areas
9.     Provide  Regular Update and Communication with the Sellers as to Progress
10.   Follow Up with Agents who have shown the Property
11.   Counsel Seller on Best Ways to Participate in Getting the Home Sold
12.   Monitor Overall Market Activity Routinely Seven Days a Week
